Hi!

To whom it may concern,
    I would like to ask for financial assistance for my father who is a stroke patient (Ischemic Stroke). I believe it is worth asking for assistance since he served the country for 27 years as a soldier (AFP) Ret. Col. Ferdinand Cristobal Compay. He has been very dedicated with his work, country first since that's the oath he took. Now He is in need of medicine, adult diaper disposable mattress pad. Please consider this request as my father needs assistance.

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI request.  You may coordinate with the AFP PGMC and PVAO for any claims your father may have. We are very sorry.
