Dear FOI,

I am currently inquiring whether I can conduct a search to confirm if the individual has ever been or is currently a member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. 

I have the person's name, date of birth, and other relevant information, along with an authorization letter from them.

If we can obtain that information, where can we send the inquiry?
