Adjudication on 1/15/2021, at helm's Defense Sec. Delfin Lorenzana in office announced public the unilateral termination of UP-DND AGREEMENT citing the  Communist Party of the Philippines  and its armed wing, New People's Army both "red-tagging" as terrorist organizations by Anti-Terrorism Council of accusation on recruiting members inside the UP campus  an incidents causing mischief in effective security, safety, and welfare of the students, academe, alumni, and employees in UP-System environ that systemic attacks on ACADEMIC FREEDOM & EXPRESSION alike PUP abrogation happened in time COVID-19
