You asked for ROTC Serial Number Request.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that personal transactions are not a valid FOI request.

You may proceed to/call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.
