Hi I want to know about the process/data about claiming of leave credits from previous employment as a civilian employee. I have personally followed the step by step procedure (more than 10 papers) to claim the monetization of my unused leave credits. After more than one year, I still have no feedback from the AFP, particularly the CPMD, OTAG even though I call them monthly.

Do you have any law/data on the rights of civilian employees to claim their money from unused leave credits?
