Dear Ms Molano
This has reference to your letter addressed to this Headquarters requesting that death benefits claims of you husband, the late CS3 Alejandro A Molano 625169 PN be release to you because of the falsification committed by one Reynaldo Seba***, Fiscal and Budget Division, PN.
In connection with foregoing, this Headquarters referred your letter to the Flag Officer in Command, PN (Attention: AC of NS for Personnel, N1) for appropriate action on September 5, 2019 with the directive to inform you of the result of action taken as soon as completed.
