Hi Ma'am/Sir;

I'd like to know the status of our application of transfer of pension of my deceased husband Col. Rogelio Baladad Cardenas, to me, Evelyn Cardenas,in my capacity as the surviving spouse. We were informed that we need to provide a proof of death of t the 1st wife  in relation to this, we provided original death certificate from PSA andauthenticated  LCR Of death Certificate .we even provided a picture of  record book from LCR.however as per legal department of AFPGM these documents are not suffice.  Gusto nila yung s libingan kaso po hindi nmin mahanap dhil 2002 pa namatay.
