Good Day! I just want to ask where can we get a GSIS Policy Number for the retiree claims? This is in regards to my father's GSIS Claims.  He is a retired member of the AFP.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. Nonetheless, you may call the Office of the Adjutant General AFP through 8911 6001 for information on your father's GSIS partner number. You may also proceed to the GSIS office near you.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
