Dear Sir/Madam:

May we respectfully inquire if there is a guideline/document for the issuance of allowance/honorarium/benefits to security personnel detailed to a Secretary of a government agency?

This will be used in preparation for the legal basis for the possible issuance of an allowance to the security personnel assigned to the Secretary. The document is being requested by the Legal Division.
