Good Day. I would like to request for my serial number from Philippine Navy Reserve Command. I am a graduate of basic ROTC under 133rd NROTC Unit at Cagayan State University - Aparri  and upon completion of the basic ROTC training I receive a certificate of completion but no AFP Serial number,  and pursuant to the RA 7077 upon completion of the pre-enlistment/ pre-commissioning training or basic ROTC  will be accepted as a reserve personnel and will received AFP serial number.

Response to your request

You may proceed to your school/NROTC unit/Naval Reserve Center where you finished your NROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review
