ROTC SERIAL NUMBER

Requested from AFP by R. POMASIN at 09:19 AM on Feb 14, 2022.
Purpose: APPLICATION FOR ACTIVE RESERVE OFFICER AT 402ND CDC, R4RCDG, RESCOM, PA
Date of Coverage: 01/14/1994 - 12/30/1997
Tracking no: #AFP-920446692656

POMASIN 09:19 AM, Feb 14, 2022

Greetings!
I would like to request my ROTC Serial number. I took MS11-MS22 from 1994 to 1997 and I graduated BSE in 1998 at Imus Institute Imus City Cavite. Since the ROTC program has ceased and school fire accidents destroyed all files, I am not able to retrieve my serial number and the school just issued me a certification of the fire accident and no serial number. I am hoping for a positive response regarding this matter.

Thank you.
