You asked for PRC License in Electronics Technician for Readjustment of Rank in PA.

Response to Request

Thank you for your request and congratulations for passing your board exam. However, this cannot be used to "readjust" military ranks. Promotions, and demotions, follow certain rules that apply to all who are qualified. Please check with your personnel department for more information. Thank you.
