Hi Good day, I want to request my serial number for my Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC), because in case that I want to seek to help the community or in call of duties of our Government, I am here to serve truthfully. By hoping you to take my request, I will soon be follow my details you need. 
Im already Graduated ROTC. From Bulacan State University. Thanks for your response. And may this country have a peaceful and be piece of heaven. May our God Bless Us.
