Hi, good day i would to request an update about my request on my nstp-rotc serial number. This is for employment purposes. I already pass my Transcript of records with  seal authentication mark at 604th ARESCOM Lapaz iloilo last june 2021.
How many months should i wait to received my request?  Thank you

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 20, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for NSTP-ROTC serial number.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
