I would like to inquire my enlistment number / serial number as i graduated my Military Science course during my college years, Our military training to the said course was done every Sunday in National College of Business and Arts Cubao.

MS 11 - 1st sem of 1998-1999
MS 12 - 2nd sem of 1999-2000
MS 21 - 1st sem of 1999-2000
MS 22 - 2nd sem of 2000-2001
