Dear Sir/Ma'am:

On behalf of the Office of the 2nd District Representative of Bataan, I am making this request regarding the list of insurgency-free certified barangays in Bataan from January 2019 to 2023. This is in line with the research that our office is conducting in the feasibility/proof of concept of House Bill 05043 AN ACT ESTABLISHING AND INSTITUTIONALIZING A PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT SYSTEM TO PROMOTE A CULTURE OF MERITOCRACY AMONG LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE PHILIPPINES. We hope to receive an excel file with data per barangay and certification validity.

Best,
