Hello! I would like to request the following documents:

1. The captured documents regarding Huk operations from 1950-1955

2. The military correspondence regarding military operations and the Huks from 1950-1955

Greetings!

We regret to inform you that, per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs;
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay; and
4. An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser that also details the scope and purpose of your study.
