Dear Glemuel Cruz,

I refer to my letter of Aug 02, 2023 02:03:23 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Project Mulat and Memorandum of Partnership Agreement between Philippine Army and SMNI.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. Per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs;
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay; and

An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser that also details the scope and purpose of your study will also be appreciated.
