Good Day. I would like to request a copy of my serial number from Philippine Navy Reserve Command. I am a graduate of basic ROTC in 245TH NAVRESCOM in Philippine Merchant Marine School - Las Pinas and upon completion of the basic ROTC training I did not receive a certificate of completion and even my AFP Serial number and pursuant to the RA 7077 upon completion of the pre-enlisment/ pre-commissioning training or basic ROTC  will be accepted as a reserve personnel and will received AFP serial number.
