Good day,

I am writing to request information regarding the RETIREMENT PROGRAM OF AFP PERSONNEL and number of AFP pension beneficiaries per year from 2000 to the present. The retirement program and number of pension beneficiaries are not under the GSIS. 

If possible, we appreciate if you can disaggregate it by region.

The data that we are requesting would provide important insights into our research

We regret to inform you that, per Section 5 of the AFP FOI Manual, in order to process your request, we will need you to submit the following:

1. A fully accomplished AFP FOI Request Form (Annex F) with reasonable description of the information being asked
2. Two valid government-issued IDs
3. Clearances from the NBI, PNP, and Barangay
4. An endorsement letter signed by your research adviser/supervisor that also details the scope and purpose of your study.
