I started my ROTC in PUP Sta Mesa in 1999 and completed the course in 2001. i would like to know my serial number and how can i become a reservist.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Feb 27, 2022 03:06:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Regarding your request, unfortunately we do not process personal transactions via the FOI. Please coordinate directly to the ROTC unit where you graduated. 

With regard to your query on how to apply as Reservist, you may visit the nearest Army camp in your area (Fort Bonifacio) which will direct you to the nearest Community Defense Center.
