Hi, I would like to get the details/instructions for AFP CLEARANCE for Pensioners Account . (DECEASED)
As it is a required by LANDBANK to process  withdrawal from the Bank account of my Deceased mother who is an AFP Pensioner.

Please provide me with the following info so we can proceed :
1.) General instructions
2.) Department to coordinate with ; and any contact information
3.) Detailed requirements
