Hi, I am Alyssa Marie R. Ballera. I would like to request for my ROTC serial number.

I took the NSTP1 and NSTP2 from SY 2015-2016.

I need it for the releasing of my TOR. I have been requesting for my serial number from the University where I had taken NSTP1 and NSTP2 for so long but they weren't able to process.

I am writing this hoping you it will be addressed as I really need it for my TOR as soon as possible because it is necessary for my pre-employment requirements.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
