Sir/maam, I would like to request for my ROTC serial number. I graduated last march 2017 at Iloilo science and technology-university of the course BS Marine Engineering. I completed my NSTP-reserve training course (NSTP 1 and 2 -Rotc) first semester and second semester of 2014-2015. I cross enrolled at John B Lacson maritime foundation university for my BS degree and the school requires me my Rotc Serial number which my previous school hasn't listed/provided.
