Good day!
I would like to request in your good office my ROTC - Serial number because im planning to join as an Army Reservist.
I finished my Military Science 11, 12, 21 and 22 at Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 1988 to 1989.
Can you help me on this Sir/Mam

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Nov 29, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for ROTC-SERIAL NUMBER.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
