Hi, Id like to ask for the status of my mothers unpaid pension in arrears, my Father died in 2005 and the pension should be xferred to my mother however due o dual citizenship issues it was declined, we fixed the problems and the pension transfer was approved and my mother received her monthly pension in December 2019, the sad part here is that she already died 3 mos after ,  FEBRUARY 2020 shes been struggling to request for this since 2005, I hope you can help us on how to file for a claim
