Magandang Umaga po . Gusto ko po sana humingi ng request mula po sa inyo para pa po sa pagkuha ng aking form-137 sa akin pong school nong highschool . Kailangan daw po ito para po ibigay nila saken ang form137 ko .katunayan daw po na gagamitin ko yun para na requirements sa pag eexam sa army
