Good day po mga sir/mam, may 2 inquiry po ako at request guidance lang po dito sa abovementioned document (AFP Awards and Decorations Manual dtd 26 Jun 2014).

1.) Under po sa pg C-1, Annex C ng manual "Recommendation for Changes" from that given format po pwede ba siya gamitin if mag submit ako ng suggestion ng new medal/ribbon/award design for the AFP para madagdag as service medals and ribbons sa manual?
2.) From that same manual po, under Appendix E24 - doon sa Reservist Officer and EP of the Year Medal and Ribbon? May updated na po ba na look sa illustration/drawing? Yung may kulay po?
