Greetings!

I was formerly with the Third Infantry Division of the Philippine Army in Jamindan, Capiz from 1988 to 1993. The purpose of this message is to humbly request from your good office my service records because all my papers were washed out during a typhoon years ago. It would really be a great help if I will be able to get hold of my service records through your help.

I am hoping that you will be able to assist me with this request. Thank you and God bless.
