Hi Sir/Maam.

I would to know if the serial number given to me in my ROTC completion at Technological University of the Philippines in Cavite in 2003 by PN Sangley Point is still active.

I want to continue/pursue being a reservist for the AFP/PN to serve and volunteer for my country.

You asked for Philippine Navy Reservist Serial Number.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
