Hi, I would like to request for my ROTC serial number. I’m going to take my 2nd degree in STI and they requested for my ROTc serial number to be exempted in NSTP. I’m graduate of adamson University with student number 9810391. I took the ROTC year 1998-1999 and completed it.

Hope you can give my serail number.

Dear Vladimir,

Greetings!

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
