Dear Sir/Madam, 

I would like to ask information on NPA influence or control at barrangay (village) level for the period between 2000-2018. Similar data gained from AFP and based on intelligence reports were used in several academic research projects before, and my intention also is to use it in my academic research. In particular my research is about terrorist attacks to infrastructure.

We regret to inform you that, per Executive Order Number 02 s2016, we can only entertain requests from Filipino citizens right now.

However, you may try to send another request with an endorsement letter signed by your academic adviser along with a  copy of your passport to paoafp@gmail.com.
