Dear Sir,

Good Day,

I would like to inquire the following;

1. How to join PHILIPPINE NAVY RESERVE,  I would like to join.
2. I have NROTC CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION but I don't know my Serial number and I don't have AFP ID.
3. How and where I can get my serial number and ID as reservist?
4. I am Marine Deck Officer, could it possibly upgrade my position in reservist to be a reservist officer?
What are the requirements?

Looking forward to be a  Navy Reserve Force Officer.
