Good day, 

I would like to request the following information about Admiral Guillermo Wong: 

a. Date and Place of Birth
b. An official photo of him in uniform
c. Educational background and date of enlistment in the AFP
d. Awards and achievements
e. Assignments/positions held

All information will be used for our Performance Task in Citizenship Advancement Training. We would appreciate it if you could send the information on or before December 15, 2023, so we'll have time to work on the other things involved in the said Performance Task.

You asked for Background about Admiral Guillermo Wong.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with the information you asked as these are no longer in file. Personal records may be requested for by the information owner at the Non-current Records Division, OTAG as a personal frontline transaction.
