Hello po Sir/maam good day po,

Nag graduate po ako ng BCMT course last 1984-85 sa St Joseph college ( SJC ) Maasin City, So. Leyte... Nag graduate din po ng ACMT course last 1986-87 s So. Leyte School Arts & Trades ( SLSAT )   now Southern Leyte State University ( SLSU )
Ang problema namin ngayon wala na po kaming mga records sa aming school.
Sana po matutulongan nyo po ako s aking problima,
Gusto ko sana marecover ko yong SERIAL NUMBER ko s Reservist PA

You asked for Retreival my records on files BCMT & ACMT at RESCOM Camp. Riego De Dios Tanza Cavite.

Response to your request

We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to paoafp@gmail.com. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
