I would like to request for information regarding:

1.) List of New Freshmen Students currently enrolled in Aklan State University for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024.

2.) List of New Freshmen Students per program (course) enrolled in Aklan State University for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024.

Dear Patricia Mae Mayor,

I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2023 02:46:58 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Enrolled New Freshmen Students for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

1.) List of New Freshmen Students currently enrolled in Aklan State University for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024. (This may contains personal information that we may not be able to disclose under Republic Act 10173 or known as Data Privacy Act of 2012.) If you will insist, we can only provide you the figures of the total number of enrolled freshmen students for the 1st Semester of AY 2023-2024.

2.) List of New Freshmen Students per program (course) enrolled in Aklan State University for 1st Semester A.Y. 2023-2024. (The same exception to RA 10173, we can only provide you the total number of freshmen students enrolled per program for the 1st Semester of AY 2023-2024.)
