NDCP is conducting benchmarking activity among various SUC across the country to keep its mandate of delivering high level national security learnings to its scholars. We are preparing to review and recommend adjustments to our honorarium and representation expenses that we provide to our invited and contracted subject matter experts to be more competent to what other education institutions are providing their invited guest experts. With this, I would like to request the rates for honorarium offered by your institution to your contracted/invited Subject Matter Experts.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of DBM Budget Circular No. 2007-2 dated October 1, 2007 of the information you requested.

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as the university also follow this DBM Issuance in granting of Honoraria to Assignment in Government Special Projects.
