Response to Request

Dear Ms. Arizapa:

This has reference to your request through the Electronic Freedom of Information (eFOI) portal regarding the following information on duck-related training and other training-related activities on duck farming.

Finding merit to your request, this Office is pleased to provide you with a list of duck-related training and other related activities from Fiscal Year (FY) 2017-2022 and a list of Learning Sites for Agriculture (LSA) practicing different technologies on duck farming. However, due to Republic Act No. 10173 known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, disclosure of personal information of the participants and LSA cooperators shall require categorical consent from the latter.

With regards to information on duck raiser/farmer who participated in trade fairs, we regret to inform you that ATI has not organized any trade fairs from FY 2017-2022.

For queries or clarifications, you may communicate with Mr. Mark Nello Alvarez of the Policy and Planning Division through (02) 8929-8541 local 265/267 or at ppd.reports@ati.da.gov.ph.
