Hi Ma'am/Sir,

Good Evening!

I would like to seek for your kind assistance if you could help me through cash assistance on any amount heartily given. 

I was a Covid-19 Positive patient from the period of August 16, 2021 - September 1, 2021. Eventhough I had surpassed the desease, financially I had struggle since I am the breadwinner of my family. 

I had no father already who pass last 2018 due to liver cancer, my mother and sister had Diabetes and are already maintaining medicines and suppliments for it. I also have a highschool sibling that needs my support.

You asked for Request for cash assistance due to civid-19 tested positive.

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. We would like to inform you that we don't have Cash assistance for COVID-19 patients. If you are an employee who suffered from a work-connected COVID,  You can file your EC sickness claim at the SSS branch nearest you(for private sector employees);  or at the GSIS (for public sector employees).

The forms are available at the SSS/GSIS/ECC website.

EC Claims Requirements:
1. Certificate of Employment (indicate the last day of duty prior to contracting COVID-19.
2. RT-PCR or Swab Test Result (Positive)
3. Medical Certificate or Home Quarantine Clearance
4. 2 Valid IDs
