1) Do you have an ongoing joint venture with Prime Water for your WD?
2) When did Prime Water and your water district finalize your joint venture?
3) What services does Prime Water offer or provide to your water district?

You asked for Amadeo Water District Joint Ventures with Prime Water.

Response to your request

There is no existing Joint Venture Agreement between Amadeo Water District and Prime Water Infrastructure Corp. Also, Amadeo Water District does not have any ongoing transactions with Prime Water.
