hi! I'm a student in Cebu Institute of technology- university and I am currently conducting an undergrad thesis about stray animals and animal shelters in Cebu. I would like to ask some statistic data regarding the stray animals in the Philippines and the registered veterinary clinics in the Philippines for my Thesis data gathering.
