I would like to request a local permit to transit a pet dog to Aklan Province. I quite do not get how is the process in your website. We got the veterinarian clearance yesterday and hoping to get a clearance from your kind office as soon as possible.

The dog has completed its vaccine and is ready to be transported. Thank you!
