Hi! This is Jeevee Ace Paras, a college student in Pangasinan. In line with my thesis study about animal shelter and rehabilitation center, I would like to request an issue regarding the following:

1. Records of Stray Dogs and Cats in San Carlos City, Pangasinan
2. Population of Cats and Dogs in San Carlos City, Pangasinan
3. Pet Owners Population in San Carlos City Pangasinan

The documents will be used as basis for the thesis study of the Proposed Animal Shelter and Rehabilitation Center in San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
