May I ask what are the process to test our product which is food that is require for our project in the subject IE Elective 2. 

The information required for this concerns are including the shelf life, temperature to be stored, etc. that will be needed for our project.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We have no data on the shelf-life and storage room temperature for siomai made from banana blossoms.
