Hello, can you please provide a Characteristic of a Mushroom that we can measure like so that we can tell that the mushroom is an optimal growth and can now harvest? We will use in our Practical Research 1

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact Dr. Emily Soriano of the DA Regional Field Office 3 at emily.soriano@rfo3.da.gov.ph. Dr. Soriano specializes in mushroom production specifically oyster mushrooms.
