Hi, I would like to ask assistance regarding my concern with GCASH I have requested a fund transfer from my old GCASH account to my NEw GCASH account, I have submitted all required documents and information on the same day I submitted the ticket it was also confirmed by one of the supervisor I talked to over the phone that my account has been validated already and they were just waiting for the approval from escalation to transfer the funds. The promised given time frame of 2 business days are now on 3weeks time and continuing w/o any update from their escalations.
