Hi! I would like to request the following data for 2006-2016:

1) Annual No. of Fire Incidents, Casualties, Deaths, Injuries, Cost of Damages for:
     - Philippines
     - NCR
     - Quezon City 
     - Manila
     - All other cities in Metro Manila (if available)

2) Annual Data on Consolidated Fire Incidence on Type of Occupancy for Metro Manila, Quezon City, Manila, and (if available) all other cities within Metro Manila. See attached doc for sample data requested. 

3) Site Investigation Reports for specific fire events in attached doc
