RUBI 01:12 AM, Jul 22, 2023

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am Engr. Geraldino A. Rubi. I am turning 37 this coming October 23, 2023 and this time my age does not meet the qualification standards set by the BFP. I really want to pursue my childhood dreams to become a fireman. I would like to request an Age Waiver Certificate use for BFP application.

Hoping for your kind approval and consideration.

Thank you and Godbless!

Sincerely,

Engr. Geraldino A. Rubi
