I am Jay Ann Lomod, one of the research associate of the USAID Safe Water funded project "Philippines Safe Water: Vulnerability and Risk Assessment of Selected Watersheds".

In behalf of our team, I would like to request from your office your historical record of forest fire incidents including information on estimated area affected in Puerto Princesa City, Negros Occidental, Saranggani, South Cotabato, Davao del Sur, and General Santos City.
