Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 28, 2022 09:24:32 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Yes, a Fire Detection and Alarm System is required for residential areas with more than 12 rooms/compartments, even if its is only one storey in height.
